• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional profile details.
• Camera Access: The App uses your device camera solely for scanning QR codes to access company menus. We do not capture, store, or transmit photos or videos.
• Microphone Access: If you use the voice assistant feature, audio is processed in real-time for speech recognition and is not stored permanently.
• Location Data: With your permission, we collect approximate location to show nearby businesses on the discovery map.
• Push Notifications: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send order updates and pipeline progress notifications. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
• Order & Usage Data: We store order history and usage analytics to improve your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's core features (ordering, AI chat, showcase).
• To process and deliver your orders.
• To send relevant notifications about your orders and account.
• To improve our services and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Business Partners: The company you place an order with receives your order details.
• Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments securely; we do not store your payment card details.
• Service Providers: We use cloud infrastructure providers to host and operate the App.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for optional permissions (camera, microphone, location) through your device settings at any time.

9. Uploaded Content & Third-Party Liability

Kullanıcı, sisteme aktardığı veya QR/URL yoluyla import ettiği tüm içeriklerin (görsel, fiyat, metin vb.) yasal sahibi olduğunu veya bu içerikleri kullanma/taşıma yetkisine sahip olduğunu kabul eder. Üçüncü taraflarla olan sözleşmelerinden doğabilecek yükümlülükler tamamen kullanıcıya aittir.

Atlas, kullanıcılar tarafından yüklenen içeriklerin doğruluğu, tamlığı veya yasallığı konusunda herhangi bir garanti vermez ve bu tür içeriklerden kaynaklanan uyuşmazlıklarda taraf olmaz.
